Nevada’s waiver programs allow eligible individuals to receive care at home rather than in a nursing facility. These Medicaid-funded programs put you in control—you choose your caregiver, set your schedule, and direct your daily care.

Physical Disability Waiver (PD)

Who qualifies?

  • Nevada residents aged 18–64

  • Have a physical disability

  • Require nursing facility level of care

  • Choose to live at home​

  • Attendant Services (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc...)

  • Homemaker services

  • Respite care​

  • Chore Services

How it works:

  • Get assessed and approved by Nevada Medicaid.

  • Choose your caregiver (friend, family, or someone we help you find).

  • We handle employment paperwork, background checks, and payroll.

  • You train and manage your caregiver day-to-day.

  • Clinically frail or at risk of nursing home placement
